Sales consultation
Our sales team learns how the property operates, who is authorized to park, which destinations should be protected, and where parking abuse creates friction.
VERITAS connects property planning, technical setup, documented evidence, human review, independent servicing, and client reporting in one disciplined operating lifecycle.
The technology changes by property. The operating standard does not: clear rules, verified setup, reviewable evidence, defined responsibilities, and visibility into the outcome.
Our sales team learns how the property operates, who is authorized to park, which destinations should be protected, and where parking abuse creates friction.
We review the site layout, parking rules, access requirements, and level of on-site participation before recommending Walk-Off Monitoring, an LPR system, or the Parking Enforcement App.
The property receives a solution proposal and agreement that define the selected model, operating rules, responsibilities, and applicable commercial terms.
The active system creates the evidence required by the selected model: recorded customer paths, plate-based parking sessions, or guided photographs submitted through the app.
A VERITAS reviewer evaluates the available evidence against the approved property rules. Only eligible cases advance beyond the review workflow.
Eligible cases enter an approved external servicing workflow that supports lawful vehicle-owner identification without requiring the property or its employees to administer the process.
The independent servicing process supports privately issued parking invoices, payment administration, and dispute or appeal handling. On-site staff do not need access to case records, payment information, or recorded evidence.
Received payments are attributed to the relevant cases. Managed clients track case status and eligible revenue through the client portal; app users follow submitted cases and earnings in the app.
Customers and authorized users regain access to the spaces intended for them, while the property receives a documented operating process without having to manage individual parking cases on-site.
For eligible managed deployments, VERITAS covers system planning, camera hardware, installation, cellular connectivity, signage, and ongoing system maintenance.
Parking-invoice questions, payments, and disputes follow the designated servicing channel instead of becoming an administrative burden for the property.
Property-specific information cards, QR materials, employee guidance, and customer handouts can direct case questions to the appropriate team.
Signage, evidence workflows, and property configurations are designed around applicable state and property requirements.
