How it works

From first conversation to a better-controlled parking lot.

VERITAS connects property planning, technical setup, documented evidence, human review, independent servicing, and client reporting in one disciplined operating lifecycle.

Operating lifecycle

One controlled process—with setup built around the selected model.

The technology changes by property. The operating standard does not: clear rules, verified setup, reviewable evidence, defined responsibilities, and visibility into the outcome.

01

Sales consultation

Our sales team learns how the property operates, who is authorized to park, which destinations should be protected, and where parking abuse creates friction.

02

Property review and operating concept

We review the site layout, parking rules, access requirements, and level of on-site participation before recommending Walk-Off Monitoring, an LPR system, or the Parking Enforcement App.

03

Proposal and agreement

The property receives a solution proposal and agreement that define the selected model, operating rules, responsibilities, and applicable commercial terms.

04
Model-specific setup

Two onboarding paths. One verified activation standard.

MANAGED CAMERA DEPLOYMENT

Walk-Off Monitoring or LPR

  1. Technical planningCamera positions, coverage, connectivity, property rules, and signage are planned around the site.
  2. Installation and configurationThe installation team deploys the approved equipment and signage without relying on the customer's network.
  3. Testing and activationVERITAS verifies the system, provides Client Portal access, and activates the approved operation.
No upfront capital expenditureApplies to eligible managed deployments.
SELF-SERVICE ONBOARDING

Parking Enforcement App

  1. Account and property registrationThe authorized user creates an account and registers the parking location in the VERITAS app.
  2. Signage delivery and installationThe user orders the required signs, receives them, and installs them at the registered property.
  3. Photo verification and activationVERITAS reviews installation photos and activates the property before cases can be submitted.
Guided camera-free setupNo permanently installed camera system is required.
05

Parking activity is documented

The active system creates the evidence required by the selected model: recorded customer paths, plate-based parking sessions, or guided photographs submitted through the app.

06

Structured human case review

A VERITAS reviewer evaluates the available evidence against the approved property rules. Only eligible cases advance beyond the review workflow.

07

Authorized vehicle-owner identification

Eligible cases enter an approved external servicing workflow that supports lawful vehicle-owner identification without requiring the property or its employees to administer the process.

08

Private invoice and dispute servicing

The independent servicing process supports privately issued parking invoices, payment administration, and dispute or appeal handling. On-site staff do not need access to case records, payment information, or recorded evidence.

09

Payment attribution and client visibility

Received payments are attributed to the relevant cases. Managed clients track case status and eligible revenue through the client portal; app users follow submitted cases and earnings in the app.

THE OUTCOME

A better-controlled parking lot—with revenue sharing where applicable.

Customers and authorized users regain access to the spaces intended for them, while the property receives a documented operating process without having to manage individual parking cases on-site.

Built into the operation

Less administration for the property. Clear ownership at every stage.

NO UPFRONT CAPITAL EXPENDITURE

For eligible managed deployments, VERITAS covers system planning, camera hardware, installation, cellular connectivity, signage, and ongoing system maintenance.

INDEPENDENT DISPUTE HANDLING

Parking-invoice questions, payments, and disputes follow the designated servicing channel instead of becoming an administrative burden for the property.

FRONTLINE STAFF SUPPORT

Property-specific information cards, QR materials, employee guidance, and customer handouts can direct case questions to the appropriate team.

REQUIREMENT-LED OPERATIONS

Signage, evidence workflows, and property configurations are designed around applicable state and property requirements.
